Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director, Revenue Enablement to drive our lead generation programs and ensure successful go-to-market launches. This role will be pivotal in aligning cross-functional teams to maximize revenue opportunities and support the overall sales and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and experience in coordinating across multiple stakeholder organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Program Management:
    • Develop and manage lead generation strategies that drive qualified leads and maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Track and analyze lead performance data to optimize campaigns and ensure the best conversion rates.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff and nurturing process.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Launches:
    • Coordinate and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and initiatives.
    • Work with product marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure all GTM materials, messaging, and plans are aligned and effectively delivered.
    • Design and implement sales cadences.
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure all teams are prepared for new launches, including training, sales enablement materials, and post-launch evaluations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Act as the main point of contact for various departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure alignment in goals and execution.
    • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on lead generation and GTM initiatives, ensuring buy-in and accountability.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve collaboration across teams to maximize revenue impact.
  • Revenue Opportunity Maximization:
    • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track the performance of lead generation and GTM initiatives.
    • Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies that increase pipeline efficiency and overall revenue.
    • Work closely with sales leaders to identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement tactics to improve lead quality and close rates.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Financial Technology organizations a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing lead generation programs and executing GTM launches.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $112,000 to $168,000.
