Job Summary:

The Envestnet Revenue Enablement & Operations team’s mission is to empower the Go-To-Market Organization to achieve their goals by supporting the development of structures, processes, and procedures to increase sales productivity. The Revenue Operations Reporting Specialist supports the development and standardization of reporting across the sales organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of standardized operational reports, and dashboards.
  • Support ongoing analysis of business performance.
  • Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales management and partner organizations, such as marketing, providing prompt and efficient resolution to queries.
  • Collaborate across the sales operations team to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to help develop key metrics and supporting reporting and dashboards.
  • Contribute to analysis that tells stories focused on insights, not just data.
  • Proactively monitor and strive to ensure accuracy in sales analytics and reporting.
  • Contribute to initiatives to actively review and improve sales analytics and dashboards.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret the results of sales initiatives.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience with sales or marketing organizations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Deep problem solving and analysis experience
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Curiosity where every interaction is an opportunity to learn and improve
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities throughout work
  • Takes ownership of challenges and quality of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 2+ experience with CRM, Salesforce
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
  • Knowledge with SQL
  • Experience with AI and predictive modeling
