Envestnet is seeking an Investment Manager and Product Support Intern to join our Platform Operations team. This position is expected to report to our Berwyn, PA office location.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will assist in several areas of Operations including Custodian Partner and Asset Manager support and Product Data Administration which will enable you to understand both back office operations as well as client servicing of partner firms. You will collaborate with experienced team members to gain hands-on experience in several stages of the portfolio lifecycle including building and maintaining portfolio data, supporting partner asset managers, and understanding interactions with custodians.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with tracking work with the department’s inbox
- Implement/Build/Edit/Maintain new investment products based upon instructions of internal client facing teams
- Support the External Sleeve Raise Cash report and communications and escalate issues
- Support the Trade Error report process
- Analyze fixed income bond imports to identify asset managers that need additional training
- Project based work related to querying, organizing, and analyzing (XLS, Vlook ups, pivot tables) data to improve the proprietary platform user experience and operations.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk
Required Qualifications:
- Must have general knowledge of the securities industry and various types of investment vehicles (i.e., mutual funds, stocks and bonds)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools; Excel proficiency
- Must have strong math skills.
- Intermediate understanding of quality control methods is preferred.
- Demonstrate skills to critically analyze information and make recommendations
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program:
Envestnet’s Summer Internship Program provides a paid, 10-week, full-time experience for qualified students to learn more about Envestnet and what we do. Interns will receive hands on exposure to the inner workings of their teams and functions.
The 2025 Summer Internship program will begin on June 9th, 2025, and will conclude on August 15th, 2025. All interns must be a commutable distance to an office location and will be expected to work in office.
