Job Summary:

The Envestnet Revenue Enablement & Operations team’s mission is to empower the Go-To-Market Organization to achieve their goals by developing structures, processes, and procedures to increase sales productivity. The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for partnering with sales teams and other stakeholders to support the sales process through creating operational efficiency and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of sales team focused strategies that drive data quality and tool adoption.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement & Operations team members on the implementation of new procedures supporting the sales process.
  • Provide ongoing operational support for sales processes
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work with marketing team to support sales campaigns, leads qualifications, and prospect list outreach.
  • Assist in monitoring standards for maintaining data in CRM.
  • Front-line support of sales team members, answering adhoc questions and impromptu training.
  • Drive improvements and provide recommendations on automation and workflow to improve existing processes and use of data.
  • Maintain a focus on continued improvement.
  • Responsible for process documentation and improvement.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience with sales or marketing organizations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Enjoys solving problems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Curiosity where every interaction is an opportunity to learn and improve
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities throughout work
  • Takes ownership of challenges and quality of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data management
  • 2+ experience with CRM, Salesforce
