Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the business and oversee various departments to ensure smooth execution of processes.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve company goals, driving productivity and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and improve customer acquisition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to foster employee development.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve targets.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring new hires are trained and integrated effectively into the team.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, ensuring the company’s resources are efficiently utilized.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
