We are seeking multiple outgoing and career-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Assistants. This role is perfect for those looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Our aim is to fully train each Event Assistant in all aspects of our event marketing campaigns, to enable them to take on an executive role managing events from inception to completion.

As an Event Assistant, you will coordinate promotional activities, foster consumer relationships, and contribute to brand recognition efforts. This role involves hands-on marketing and customer engagement at local events.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute all event promotional activities.
  • Leverage and expand consumer relationships.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance brand recognition.
  • Assist in selecting and preparing marketing and promotional materials for events.

Requirements:

  • A fun-loving attitude and a capacity to enjoy a high-energy environment.
  • Enthusiasm for working face-to-face with customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or marketing is a plus.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Ability to travel locally for events.
