The Entry-Level Event Assistant will support the planning, organization, and execution of events aimed at promoting our clients' brands and engaging their target markets. This position provides valuable exposure to all stages of event planning, from concept to execution, and offers ample opportunities for professional growth in the event marketing industry.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and organization of events, including site selection, vendor coordination, and logistics management.
  • On-Site Assistance: Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly, including setting up event materials, coordinating with vendors, and managing guest services.
  • Client Interaction: Help ensure client satisfaction by supporting the delivery of services and addressing any immediate needs during events.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event management team to execute event details, including registration, attendee engagement, and schedule management.s.
  • Post-Event Reporting: Support the collection of feedback and post-event analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing event reports, and maintaining event databases.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in event planning, customer service, or hospitality is helpful but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
