  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
