Responsibilities:
- Support senior account management in day-to-day client communications and relationship building.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic account plans to achieve client objectives.

- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in account management or customer service is a plus but not required.
