Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
