Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and event attendees
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Support promotional and marketing activities during events
  • Collect and manage customer feedback to improve event experiences
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in event marketing or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
