- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Support promotional and marketing activities during events
- Collect and manage customer feedback to improve event experiences
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in event marketing or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
