Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers by delivering personalized service and demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Effectively manage and prioritize incoming inquiries and requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and product/service information as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
