We have an immediate need for a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join a rapidly growing team. Our rapidly-growing promotional marketing company, applies a customer-friendly, direct, results-driven approach to marketing research and sales. As a result of proven success and expertise, new clientele is continuously added as we dramatically increase clients' product exposure, sales and brand recognition.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and executing projects assigned by the Marketing Manager
- Integrating PR campaigns with customer promotions in collaboration with key accounts
- Coordinating in-store service events and ensuring successful operations
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers to communicate promotional services effectively
- Developing and refining measurement strategies for PR campaigns with the Marketing Manager
- Creating promotional marketing materials and overseeing visual merchandising
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel
- Maintaining accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory
- Identifying new opportunities and innovative solutions for efficiency
- Opportunity for advancement to senior campaign management roles based on performance

Qualifications:
- College degree or in the process of completion preferred
- 0-2 years’ experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, or related fields, or relevant internship experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving skills with a professional, service-oriented attitude
- Exceptional organizational and tracking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Adaptability, dependability, and responsibility
- Basic understanding of public relations, communications, marketing concepts, and sales strategy
