Does BRAVO! have any affiliations?
BRAVO! is a part of parent company BRAVO | BRIO Restaurant Group (BBRG). Under the BBRG umbrella there is Bravo! Cucina Italiana Brio Tuscan Grille and Bon Vie Bistro. Founded in 1992 by Rick & Chris Doody in Columbus, OH, we currently operate in over 33 states and have over 115 restaurants nationwide.
What is the Management selection process like?
Our selection process includes various steps including an initial phone interview, a face-to-face interview and a restaurant tour to the location for which you are applying. The tour will include observing a lunch or dinner shift, engaging with the Team and tasting some of our delicious food. Should the role not be a career match for you, we hope to remain connected and hope you are always enjoying everything our restaurants have to offer!
Once I apply, what happens?
You will receive a confirmation correspondence that our Talent Acquisition Team has received your application/resume. If there is a position for which you qualify, we do our best to contact you for an interview as quickly as possible! Should a position not match your qualifications or be available in your area, we will keep your application handy for future opportunities.
Is relocation available?
Dependent on the position, relocation may be available. If not noted on the job posting, this question can be asked during your first phone screen interview.
