Roles and Responsibilities:
 
  • The Security Operations Analyst should have extensive experience with intrusion analysis, incident handling, incident response, malware analysis, vulnerability assessment or penetration testing. They also should possess strong experience in operating and analyzing continuous monitoring tools in performing ongoing monitoring of tools to prevent, detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents.
  • Implementing security controls as applicable to ensure enforcement of policies and procedures.
  • Managing compliance initiatives including scheduling, ticketing of deliverables and remediations, and tracking cross-functional dependencies.
  • Assist in gathering and/or reviewing client's process requirements and assisting on how they map to ServiceNow, driving platform expansion and adoption
  • Scope solution requirements and configure solutions around the ServiceNow platform to meet customer needs and project deliverables
  • Develop requirements for integration to the client’s SecOps environment
  • Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with other systems when applicable
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
  • Maintain high level of client satisfaction
  • Proficient Knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Jelly or similar web technologies
  • Working knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps) Implementation experience.
  • Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and processes to stakeholders with varying levels of technological experience
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Desired Skills and Certifications
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS software configuration and/or development
  • Working knowledge of remote administration via SSH, SNMP, WMI or PowerShell
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks working directly with customers and clients
Required Education/Certifications:
•BS Computer Science or related

Desired Skill Sets:
  • •ITILv3 Foundations Certified, ITIL Intermediate level certification preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified System Implementation Specialist Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
