Regional Senior Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist/Recruiter, to be based in one of our Belfast office, to join our growing team! The Senior HR Generalist/Recruiter will have responsibility for provide HR support for the local team. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple things at once and to take initiative in troubleshooting and finding solutions. This role will partner directly with HR Business Partners and sit within our People team.

In this role, you will

  • Advise and provide coaching to first-time managers on employee relations, systems implementation, performance management, company policies, and other related topics
  • Partner with corporate on larger projects and org changes
  • Provide on-the-ground HR support for the Belfast region
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvements to HR programs and processes to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience
  • Conduct exit interviews and support administration of employee offboarding
  • Stay up to date on local laws (payroll, benefits, compliance, terminations, leave of absences, etc.)
  • Manage employee relations and respond to all questions regarding benefits, systems, performance, company programs and policies
  • Be responsible for the strategy to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited talent pools, including driving a sourcing plan, compiling data, networking, and sourcing
  • Engage key business partners in order to understand their talent needs and build a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure there’s a diverse range of candidates for both short and long term efforts
  • Use talent market expertise, data, and business insights to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent
  • Guide the hiring decision by critically reviewing feedback, provide compensation guidance, and drive close process while staying objective through the offer stages.
  • Ensure that candidates understand and embrace our outstanding culture.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the top WhiteHat Security competitors and the industry
  • Understand our broader business and be able to effectively answer questions around our corporate strategy, goals, and culture

  • You’ve hired for niche engineering talent and you don’t stray away from the challenging roles
  • You are highly collaborative in how you approach, and like offering forward-thinking solutions.
  • Highly organized and detailed in your day to day work
  • You have at least 5 years of human resources/recruiting experience and continue to challenge yourself to grow by picking up new, innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques regularly
