Weidner Apartment Homes is looking for an Advertising Specialist in Kirkland!

 

Performance  –  Setting New Standards . . .

  • Assist in creating innovative local and national advertising strategies, including digital, outreach, print, resident referral programs and other initiatives that generate qualified traffic, as needed.
  • Evaluate paid advertising sources for ROI and lower Cost Per Lease.
  • Assist in designing graphics and coordinating graphic designs.
  • Problem-solving and support for property websites and advertising listings.
  • Email strategy implementation and deployment through CRM.
  • Oversee marketing planning for new apartment developments.
  • Develop marketing plans and gather contracts for new acquisitions.
  • Oversee lead management program, including planning, implementation, problem solving, and working in conjunction with Training (Weidner and external) to support business goals.
  • Travel quarterly to the regions to build rapport with the on-site associates and understanding of local markets and to better advertise Weidner communities.
  • Write marketing communications, including resident communications, online communications, and promotional materials, as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors on new products, contract negotiation and tracking.
  • Maintain an ongoing knowledge of leasing, marketing, technology and marketplace trends, with a particular emphasis on digital/online marketing programs.
  • Support Weidner social media efforts.

  • Produce quarterly marketing (including traffic and cost-per-lease) analysis at the site, regional and national levels.
  • Submit quarterly list of recommended advertising sources (regionally and nationally), for both paid and unpaid sources.
  • Audit and maintain standardized traffic sources within the property management software.
  • Manage and analyze lead tracking and/or call tracking initiatives, including analyzing results, effectiveness, site participation, and accuracy of information.
  • Collect and analyze pricing quotes and/or proposals for marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and follow company brand guidelines to ensure company standards are consistent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; emphasis in Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Two years property management industry experience preferred
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Publisher
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the internet and internet searches for marketing apartment homes
  • Excellent understanding/knowledge of social media sites/blogs including Facebook, Twitter, etc.,
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to juggle multiple projects with multiple deadlines, establish priorities, and coordinate tasks
  • Adept at composing and editing written materials
  • Able to provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing.
  • Valid and current driver’s license.
