We currently have an opening for a Specialist on our Planning and Permitting team. We are open to hiring for remote work in any location within the US. Candidates who are local to Dublin, OH are able to work on-site and/or remote.
As a Specialist on our Planning and Permitting team, you will assist in the administration of a broad range of zoning, permitting, and code research tasks. You are responsible for coordinating with team members in WD's engineering disciplines to work on various stages of client projects during the site development and entitlement phase. You will also assist in ensuring established timeframes and project deliverables are met to exceed the expectations of our clients.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Public Administration or related technical field and/or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
- Prior experience working in Planning or Construction Management is helpful
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, cross-disciplinary team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new software as needed
