We currently have an opening for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. We are open to hiring for remote work in any location within the US, but candidates who are local to Dublin, OH would be able to work in our office and/or remote.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring technical accuracy of work in the production of construction documents for our clients, through managing other associates. In this role, you will also create advanced engineering designs when needed and assist team members with solution development. Your primary focus will be championing the use of best practices, adherence to company standards, accuracy of construction documents, and technical discipline coordination.

Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required for this title. If you're not a licensed engineer, please check our postings for opportunities as a Designer.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Mechanical design experience specifically related to the production of construction documents
• Prior experience with staff leadership and resource allocation
• Experience with restaurant, grocery, retail and/or healthcare projects
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplined architecture and engineering teams
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit
