We currently have an opening for an Inside Sales Associate! We are open to hiring for remote work in any location within the US. Candidates who are local to Dublin, OH are able to work on-site and/or remote. 
    
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and engaging new business relationships for the purpose of generating new client business within our target industries. Our clients are global and national brands that you probably know and interact with regularly as a consumer, so this is a fantastic way to develop your professional sales skills and business knowledge, as you build connections with world-class brands. This role is focused on prospecting within a specific vertical of business and identifying new opportunities/leads. As you identify and connect with these potential clients, our WD Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and leadership will engage with you to present WD services and answer questions to close the deal. You will be working independently and with our Executive Leadership, Business Development, and Marketing teams to identify leads and develop resources in support of WD's goals and strategic direction. 
    
Preferred Experience:    
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing and/or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
  • Prior inside sales or sales prospecting experience is ideal
  • Experience with strategic account selling principles and B2B sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to follow-up on identified leads, as well as identifying your own targets and leads is necessary
  • Experience in kitchen design sales consulting or back-of-house restaurant or retail operations is ideal
