We currently have an opening for an Architectural Manager. We are open to hiring for remote work in any location within the US. Candidates who are local to Dublin, OH are able to work on-site and/or remote.
As an Architectural Manager, you will be accountable for the successful leadership and technical excellence of the architectural functions within WD. You will support, direct, and oversee other architectural associates while ensuring the successful completion of projects, maintaining high quality standards, meeting project deadlines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes, and promoting seamless collaboration with other stakeholders within an integrated team of architects, designers, and engineers.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university and/or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
- Proficiency is Revit and AutoCAD is required
- Advanced experience in architectural services with progressive levels of responsibility, such as experience in building design and systems coordination, staff management and leadership
- Professional Architectural License (RA) is preferred
- Experience working with restaurant, grocery, retail or similar projects is ideal
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and multi-discipline A&E team is helpful
