Human Resources Assistant
The ideal candidate will be a creative, collaborative, results-oriented individual, who is particularly adept at balancing multiple priorities. This role requires someone to have a strong work ethic, a passion for managing the details within a project and willing to contribute where necessary.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Handles inbound calls from internal employees and external outreaches.
Verifies and maintains I-9 documentation.
Assists in the processing of ADA & FMLA requests.
Conducts audits of HRIS system and recommends any corrective action.
Processes employee moves, promotions and terminations.
Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Assists during open enrollment, annually.
Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
Assists or prepares correspondence.
Prepares new employee files and enters new hires in to the HRIS system.
Helps with new hire orientation as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

1+ years of HR experience
Ability to run and analyze reports/metrics to provide trends to HR Manager
Heavily skilled in Data Entry
Proficient in Excel
High School Diploma
Administrative Experience Preferred
