Reporting of the role

This role reports to:

As a Performance Associate Director at Wavemaker, you will be at the forefront of crafting effective advertising strategies for our brand's entire product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating multi-channel media strategies in alignment with annual advertising plans, coordinating various operational departments, and achieving our predetermined business objectives. Through comprehensive data analysis, you will diagnose campaign progress, provide audience insights, offer optimization recommendations, and drive continuous iteration to maintain our brand's competitive edge in performance advertising.


Responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop advertising strategies for the brand's entire product range.
  • Coordinate with multiple media channels and operational departments to achieve annual business goals.
  • Analyze diverse datasets to diagnose campaign progress and provide audience insights.
  • Offer optimization recommendations to drive continuous campaign iteration.
  • Maintain the brand's competitive edge in the performance advertising landscape.

 


What you’ll need:

        Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

        Proficiency in oCPX performance advertising delivery and operation mechanisms, with experience in platforms such as Guangdiantong and ByteDance preferred.

        Strong problem-solving, data mining, and data analysis skills.

        Exceptional strategic abilities to extract macro-level insights from daily data analysis.

        Outstanding communication skills to translate technical and professional skills into business language.

        Sensitivity to developments in performance media technology, tools, and trends.

        Proficiency in English for planning and proposal development.
