 Brief role description
GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for an Owned Experience Lead to join us on one of our most exciting Brand portfolios.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing best in class websites, apps and digital consumer experiences, for our award-winning CPG client.

 What your day job looks like at GroupM:

  • Work on developing platform experiences basis data capture objectives (acquisition and enrichment)
  • SEO – work with the internal specialists to map the thinking basis the strategy
  • Lead UI / UX assessments using internal expertise and tools and translate learnings into platform evolution
  • Share consistent reports and learnings with all stakeholders with a view to enhance performance and proactive recommendations
  • Daily client management
  • Daily external partner and internal stakeholder management
  • Be in discussions, brainstorms and meetings with internal Brand leads, crafting strong website and app experiences for our consumers!


What you’ll bring:

  • Strong understanding of how websites, apps and digital experiences are developed and scaled
  • Developing campaign result presentations for various stakeholders and be able to present the findings with a clear point of view on improvements and wins
  • Operational Knowledge of paid media execution on Meta and Google
  • Comfortable with SEO for portals on Google and App stores
  • Knowledge of Digital media planning and strategy in terms of performance media and paid media basics
  • Working knowledge of why first party data is important in digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of how audiences are shaped in digital media and how to use them

 Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 -10 years of experience, ideally on the agency side or with the client side digital experiences team
  • Worked in Digital Client Servicing /strategy, handling website and app development
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Familiar with platform/portal analytics, looking at traffic data – Google Analytics for portals and apps
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partner agencies to bring a website property to life
  • Comfortable and enjoys working in an agency environment, on a large CPG client
  • Understand the dynamics across the client, different agency teams, and internal teams
