Your tasks at a glance            
  • You present treatment options to prospective patients.
  • You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
  • You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
  • You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
  • You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient-related activities.
A clear view of your assets     
  • You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
  • Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
  • You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
  • You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English. 
  • You can travel for work to support other clinics in Ontario and other provinces (fees covered by Vision Group).
  • Schedule: You are available to work Tuesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday (8:00 am-4:30 pm) & Wednesday (12:00 pm-8:00 pm)
