Your tasks at a glance            

  • You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
  • You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
  • You work closely with Optometrists. 
  • You conduct pre-operative and post-operative tests for patients. 
  • You update the appointment system after every patient's consultation.
  • You confirm by phone post-operative appointments.

  • You have an interest in the medical field and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 
  • You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
  • You especially thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and when you work as part of a team.
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
  • Your experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: optometry assistant, orderly, dental assistant, pharmacy lab technician, sterilization assistant, animal health technician assistant, etc.). 
  • Important: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patient).
  • Schedule: You are available to work day shifts from Monday to Friday, as well as rotating Saturdays.
