CLINICAL / SURGICAL COORDINATOR

 Your tasks at a glance            

  • You answer questions from surgeons and patients regarding intraocular procedures. 
  • You maintain tracking sheets and monthly statistical reports. 
  • You receive and process approval of cataract surgery by medical directors. 
  • You identify and solve problems as they arise. 
  • You plan, organize, and schedule patients for surgery days. 
  • You are comfortable standing for long periods of time. 
  • You are detail-oriented and work with precision and accuracy. 

 A clear view of your assets

  • You have experience in the healthcare field (an asset). 
  • You have a sense of responsibility and take your role seriously.
  • You especially thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and when you work as part of a team. 
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
  • You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients).
  • Schedule: You are available to work Monday to Friday from 6:30 am until the end of the surgery schedule (flexibility required for occasional Saturdays).
