Vibrent, a rapidly growing health-tech company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to track costs and time allocations across many different projects and initiatives. As we grow and expand you will help us make sure that we stay organized and on the same page with which resources are aligned with which tracks of work. You will work directly with product development teams and the finance team to ensure deliverables and resource allocation fall within the applicable scope and budget of each project. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed resource plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Create detailed reports to track resources across various product development initiatives and projects.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
