Vibrent, a rapidly growing health-tech company is looking for someone who has strong background in Program Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience and who can take innovative ideas and bring them to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying and communicating value of Vibrent’s Digital Health Solutions Platform and Solutions and for creating compelling content that will appeal to the market.  The candidate is energized by challenge, open to new ideas and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of projects funded by the National Institutes of Health
  • Build relationships between program staff to drive strong, clear, and active collaboration between partners
  • Articulate strategic objectives to program teams and assess their impact to the larger program goals
  • Track and manage strategic client-facing objectives for workstreams and projects
  • Obtain and manage approvals of specific program objectives with Vibrent Health teams and NIH collaborators
  • Author consortium materials, documentation, and presentations to reinforce understanding of the objectives of a workstream or project
  • Escalate and mitigate risks to program delivery
  • Deliver and communicate weekly reports on progress towards goals with the support of project managers
  • Manage and engage with project managers to track technical, systems implementation and integration, and product development progress
  • Share similar values as existing team members toward customer satisfaction and success
  • Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with collaborators
  • Maintain documentation and hold trainings to educate Vibrent staff on program success criteria and deliverables
  • Facilitate access to Vibrent Health staff with external collaborators as needed
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
  • Work with other leads to provide continuous awareness of all technical partner support needs

Required Skills & Education

  • Master’s or other advanced degree preferred
  • 5 or more years clinical research compliance experience preferred
  • Able to present and communicate regarding complex topics
  • Computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and/or other web-based productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Should be confident and enjoy communicating
  • Should be motivated by advocating for others
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Health technology research experience preferred
