Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Vibrent Health, a rapidly growing health-tech company is looking for someone who has strong background in financial planning and is passionate about identifying and communicating financial value of Vibrent’s Digital Health Solutions Platform and Solutions. The candidate is energized by challenge, open to new ideas and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

The FP&A Analyst is a full-time professional role, providing a range of financial support to the growth and effective management of Vibrent Health. We are looking for an eager finance professional to assist with the Company’s financial modeling, pricing strategy and ongoing ad-hoc analysis needs.  The role will partner with the FP&A Manager and Sr. Manager of Accounting, among other key internal stakeholders on planning, reporting, and pricing to drive the company’s financial performance.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial plan
  • Assists in tracking performance metrics to drive accountability and ownership within the company
  • Updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company’s operations
  • Partner with leadership across the company to develop forecast assumptions and inputs
  • Performs analysis of internal controls
  • Anticipates questions about the company’s financial projections
  • The role requires the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, extreme attention to detail, and consistently accurate, high quality financial analyses.


  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex work environment, including interacting well with leaders across the organization
  • Excellent customer focus, a service mind set, and the ability to partner closely with internal customers
  • Strong skills in account analysis, problem solving and attention to detail
  • Self-directed individual with a focus on process improvement
  • Possess a passion for growth and learning
  • Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
