Vibrent, a rapidly growing health-tech company is looking for someone who has strong background in Project Management with 5+ years of relevant experience and who can take innovative ideas and bring them to life. The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying and communicating value of Vibrent’s Digital Health Solutions Platform and Solutions and for creating compelling content that will appeal to the market.  The candidate is energized by challenge, open to new ideas and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for Vibrent Health initiatives with external partners in the All of Us Research program to facilitate project completion including:
    • Manage task status and completion for assigned projects and initiatives
    • Drive completion of tasks with Vibrent product and technical staff
    • Work with project managers, product managers, and technical team members to develop processes to ensure reliable and consistent delivery
    • Engage and coordinate with PTSC Program Managers and PTSC Operational teams
    • Track and manage tactical objectives for workstreams and projects
  • Develop and manage project plans to support project accountability
  • Provide metrics, key performance indicators, and project tracking
  • Implement effective Risk identification, management and mitigation approaches
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks to project completion and company objectives
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on progress of goals to Program Management Staff
  • Manage Atlassian JIRA and Confluence projects to enable real-time awareness of project completion
  • Share similar values as existing team members toward customer satisfaction and project success
  • Effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with collaborators
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications and skills: 

  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • Master’s or other advanced degree preferred
  • 5 or more years project management expertise
  • Significant expertise in management Atlassian JIRA and Confluence (or similar)
  • Computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) and web-based tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Should be confident and enjoy communicating
  • Should be motivated by advocating for others
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Health technology project management experience preferred
