Job Summary

As a CRM Consultant, you are responsible to configure Veeva´s CRM Solution. You will be part of a professional services team and will work closely with Solution Architects, Customers and Partners. You will participate in business process discovery workshops, requirements definition, solution design and configuration, and system and training documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Participation in business process discovery workshops.
  • Take complex client and solution concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels.
  • Design and configure the solutions using our cloud software.
  • Performing data migration from source systems into the Veeva application.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the Veeva Systems applications and technical design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience, Computer Science is preferred
  • Consulting Experience
  • CRM System Knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand the complex business requirements and translate them into technical solution
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce.com experiences/Certifications
  • Experience with Veeva’s commercial suite of products(Veeva CRM, Vault Promomats)
  • Experience working with Pharma or Medical Device Company
  • Aptitude and interest in technology.
  • Should have very good technical problem-solving skills
