University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinic in Emeryville, CA.
Position Details:
- Seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 1-2 years of primary care or urgent care experience preferred, but not required
- Group includes 9 physicians and 3 advanced practice clinicians
- Practice utilizes EPIC electronic health records
- 25% Support: Panel management, RX refills, MyHealth messages and phone calls
- 75% Patient care: Primary care panel (physicals, chronic care management, acute needs) and same day visits for acute care needs
- Diverse patient population, primarily adults
- Access to specialists
- Laboratory and Radiology Services available onsite
- Clinical Pharmacist and RN support
