Coordinator, Digital Marketing

Drive sales, build audience, maximize engagement, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of Church Resources (Worship Together and Brentwood Benson) marketing across the digital landscape.

Job Functions:

  • Grow customer base and drive sales for and build audience and engagement for via comprehensive digital marketing strategy including, but not limited to, direct e-mail, social media, pay-per-click and retargeting ads
  • In collaboration with Marketing Manager, develop and execute product promotions that build upon prior successes and are reactive to sales performance and consumer engagement
  • Create and implement online advertising and content strategy for all product releases and song promotions
  • Implement social media strategy by scheduling content, monitoring results and managing interactions for Worship Together and Brentwood Benson
  • Actively manage SEO for and
  • Drive email list growth and manage e-mail/content marketing via Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Emma
  • Monitor analytics from all marketing channels and use intelligence to create targeted campaigns
  • Work with third-party marketing agencies and promotional outlets to increase reach/impact and maximize sales
  • Work with staff, songwriters, arrangers and third-party writers to curate engaging and informative blog content, emails, newsletters, and other copy that aligns with brand style guides
  • Support the technical development of owned web platforms and third-party integrations
  • Monitor third party systems (CallRail, LiveChat, etc) and make sure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with YouTube/Digital Rights team in support of MCN strategy
  • Support Worship Together live event strategy as needed
  • Support the development and execution of song marketing plans for CCMG Label Group artist releases that collaboratively support the overall vision and strategy of the company
  • Create assets, tools, and content that expand the reach and influence of our songs, writers, and strategic partners

Job Requirements:


  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Must be tech savvy and enjoy the ecommerce and digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Strong relational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Pay-Per-Click marketing and Retargeting ads
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HTML, and CSS is a plus


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or social media marketing
  • An understanding of the church music landscape is a plus


  • Prefer 4-year college degree in marketing, business or communications
