Main purpose of role

We are currently looking for an intern to integrate the Global Brand Partnerships team, responsible for developing Music & Culture strategy for brands, in conjunction with Universal Music Group artists.



Within the Brand Partnership division of Universal Music Group, you will join an international team of 4-people specializing in Business Development and Account Management and will be responsible for the following tasks including:

  • Creating Powerpoint presentations for the Brand Partnership Manager and their prospective clients.
  • Designing marketing and commercial offers for brands.
  • Benchmarking, market research, collating competition intelligence (entertainment sector, new

products and technologies).

  • Researching and identifying potential brand partners/sectors on a global scale.
  • Supporting the Global Account Manager in project management of existing brand clients across multiple territories.
  • Participating in strategic thinking and brainstorming about new project development/brand campaigns.
  • Support team members in their day to day duties and administrative tasks.



  • You will have the ability to create clear, structured, and visually compelling PowerPoint presenations.
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet searches.
  • You will have excellent analytical and research skills.
  • You will have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • You will have the ability to prioritize, work to tight deadlines and have a strong sense of initiative.
  • You will have a passion for the music/entertainment and be savvy about brands.
  • You will be dynamic, autonomous, a team player, have excellent relational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • You have both analytical skills and a capacity for synthesis.
  • Your perseverance, rigor and creativity will help you master and improve the projects you will be working on.



  • Previous internships in-house at a brand or creative agency.
  • Marketing/Business related degree or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of the Adobe suite including Photoshop (or equivalent) is a plus.
