We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to provide support to the Church Resources Creative Team. The ideal candidate is highly detailed, pro-active, has a knack for problem solving, proven people skills, and a “can do” attitude. Key job functions will include administrative and operational support in the areas of studio scheduling, audio quality control, print music quality control, audio archive management, invoice processing and event coordination. Professional demeanor, diplomacy, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are musts.

Job Functions:

  • Assist in planning, creation, delivery and release of all Church Resources product
  • Maintain project budgets and tracking as needed
  • Serve as quality control checkpoint for all Church Resources product
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital product archives
  • Assist with digitizing physical catalog product
  • Creative recording and marketing event planning, organization and implementation
  • Interface with artists, writers, arrangers, producers, managers and company staff across all publishing, labels, product management, corporate services, and finance teams
  • Maintain a technical and working knowledge of Church Resources release schedule and systems
  • Assist in research, set up, and execution of special events as requested
  • Assist in the development and recording of podcasts
  • Be available and proactive in assisting writer and arranger needs
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Additional support to creative staff as assigned
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

Skills/Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop a plus
  • Ability to adapt in an environment where change is constant
  • Experience reading choral music a plus
  • Experience working as part of a team in a business environment
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of carrying out tasks with limited supervision
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners and employees of the company at all levels
  • Ability to keep information highly confidential
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Needs to be solution-oriented, proactive, demonstrates good judgment in decision-making situations
  • Possess strong attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in recorded or print music or comparable experience

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Music or equivalent
