Capitol Christian Music Group is currently seeking a graphic designer with a desire and passion for music to join our creative team. This position will assist the VP, Digital & Content and Creative Services Manager in creating designs for all music packaging, digital singles, marketing materials, social media assets, internal presentations and more.

Job Functions:

  • Deliver best-in-class design work supporting Marketing and Digital Marketing initiatives
  • Work with digital and marketing teams to design, test and optimize online advertising assets including banners, eCRM templates, Facebook ads, video pre-rolls, and any other image or video content created for purposes of engaging fans online.
  • Proven ability to design in both web, vector and print formats using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and more.
  • Working with VP Digital Marketing & Creative Team
  • Assist in the development and production of music packaging, image creation, digital & social assets, marketing presentations and typography
  • Discover and share inspirational design work across the digital and marketing teams – be an influencer for great visual communication in marketing and music
  • Assist in creating and producing advertising, marketing and all collateral materials including internal presentation graphics
  • Archive photo shoots and manage design assets
  • Understanding of web design and the digital space a plus
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of Graphic Design experience
  • Experience in the music/entertainment business a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Experience in the music/entertainment business a plus
