ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer will be member of ITSM team reporting into Director, ITSM, and will be responsible for developing ITSM solutions via configuration / code development to meet IT priorities and goals.

Job Functions:

  • Working with SNOW SME, built and engineer solutions that add value to the IT Service Management organization
  • The developer will work with members of the ITSM team, internal customers, and external vendors to implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support IT needs

Job Requirements:


  • Support the development and configuration of a variety of areas including, but not limited to Incident, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Release / SDLC, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Project, CMS, and Reporting / Performance Analytics
  • Design and develop / configure workflows, forms, scripts and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies
  • Application UI configuration, Workflow configuration, Service Catalog structuring
  • Build and Deploy UI Policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps
  • Formulate testing approach, test cases and document them, Support User Acceptance Tests and deploy code into Production in defined releases
  • Support ServiceNow version upgrades, build & deploy required enhancements to the Service Now platform
  • Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and fix identified SNOW system issues / operational support tickets
  • Provide on-call support when SNOW Production issues occur
  • Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies applicable to the ServiceNow platform
  • Document requirements, develop technical specifications, maintain architecture / integrations documentation


  • 4+ years of SNOW development / implementation / integration / administrative
  • 3+ years of experience developing with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS), XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.) 
  • Experience working with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) applications
  • Experience implementing Discovery, Orchestration, PPM, Vendor Management and other modules is a plus


  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis.
  • Service Now Certifications, ITIL foundation certificate is a plus
