Capitol Music Group (CMG) is currently seeking an eager and exceptional Coordinator that can provide administrative support for the Tour Marketing team. This role is Temporary for approximately 6 months.

Job Functions:

  • Support Artist Relations team.
  • Process invoices, set up vendors and communicating with them as needed.
  • Assist with artist travel bookings and eTA.
  • Help maintain guest lists, work check-ins at internal and external events

Job Requirements:

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and self-starter
  • Great social and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to keep information highly confidential
  • Ability to communicate with various roles within company and be professional
  • Must be able to work under time constraints.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of Uniport, eTA is a plus but not required.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of admin experiences
  • Prior touring / live music industry experience preferred.

Education:

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
