Main purpose of role


Part of the Universal Music Group International Bravado is a fast-growing Music Merchandise company currently based in West London. They acquire and actively promote merchandise rights for UK and International music acts, celebrities and entertainment properties.


  • Assistant support to the VP A&R/Brand Management
  • Researching potential new Artist tours at major venues, such as O2 Arena London & Manchester Arena
  • Assisting on Photoshoot arrangement
  • Writing biog pages & Newsletters on artists
  • Attending concerts where necessary
  • Overseeing the supply deal process once new contacts are introduced to the UK or US supply manager
  • Updating UK roster
  • Editing video creative for presentations
  • Filing of sales sheets & documents
  • Creating overview documents to share with management
  • Managing small number of Bravado Artists
  • Compiling guest-list requests
  • Maintaining Brand Management team’s diary with meetings, gigs & events
  • Attending internal recoupment status meetings and updating notes
  • Supporting the International teams on the UK Artists (both North America & Rest of the World)
  • Licensing and other tracker updates
  • Approvals admin including OPM updates and maintenance
  • Sample processing (sending out, photographing)
  • General maintenance of artwork files, acquiring artwork files, internal admin associated with artwork.
  • Support with D2C production admin
  • Support with putting together internal & Mgmt presentations
  • Monitoring and updating of tour overview
  • Tracking retail requests once they come off concepts tracker
  • Handling comp requests from Management


Person Specification

  • Solid marketing / branding experience
  • Experience of working on marketing campaigns with clients in  fashion / music
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, music merchandise and Fashion
  • Proficient in  Microsoft PowerPoint , Word and Excel
  • Enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for all genres of music, past and present
  • Strong appetite to learn, develop and excel within Brand Management
  • Able to form trusting, close and productive relationships with our clients and internal teams. Diplomatic personality. Able to consistently exhibit the upmost respect for our clients while facilitating and achieving the needs of the company
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Pro-active, flexible and responsible
