Position Overview
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for executing effective Digital/CRM strategies and programs to build and promote the UNIQLO brand in Canada using owned and paid media channels. Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role involves building and executing Digital Marketing/CRM strategies while ensuring continuous optimization in performance through testing (e.g., creative, copy, send times, segmentation). The CRM Specialist will also play a critical role in growing and maintaining customer relationships by leveraging data insights, personalizing communication, and driving customer loyalty.
Job Description
- Plan and manage the implementation of owned media, including e-newsletters, App Push, SMS, and other channels.
- Create and distribute engaging written, graphic, and video content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, blog content, and social media messages.
- Assist in creating and approving ad copy and other media assets.
- Monitor digital performance and KPIs regularly to ensure continuous achievement and exceeding of targets while maintaining a positive ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (EC, Marketing, Merchandising, etc.) to develop comprehensive plans that support brand and business goals.
- Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to increase revenue and the number of customers both online and in stores.
- Grow UNIQLO membership and maintain its health by managing deliverability, contact frequency, and content.
- Continually test and improve owned media content and subject lines.
- Analyze customer data and behaviour patterns to provide insights that will enhance segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM database to ensure data integrity and effective customer communication.
- Support the integration of new tools and technologies that enhance CRM efforts.
- Assist in developing and executing customer retention strategies to increase lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experiences
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in CRM /Digital Marketing or E-Commerce
- Proficiency using Google Analytics
- Expert in Adobe CC suite
- Familiar with SQL and database development
- Familiar with HTML creation
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Expert Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
