UMass Memorial Health, the health and wellness partner of the people of Central Massachusetts, the largest health care system in Central Massachusetts and the clinical partner of UMass Chan Medical School, seeks an Academic Transplant Nephrologist to join the UMass Memorial Medical Group. UMass Memorial Medical Center is a tertiary care referral center serving more than one million people in central Massachusetts and the surrounding region.
- This position is an excellent opportunity to support a busy clinical practice and enhance program growth.
- Clinical duties will focus on the care of kidney and pancreas transplant patients, including initial evaluation, peri-transplant care, and post-transplant management.
- Teaching is integrated into our practice and an academic appointment is available commensurate with experience. There are extensive research opportunities and educational offsets for teaching through UMass Chan Medical School.
- Candidate must be a board certified nephrologist and have completed an AST certified transplant nephrology fellowship.
