Would you be excited about visiting hospitals every 5 weeks and helping them understand the value?

If you have the three proceeding attributes, then you have all that you need to be successful as a Territory Partner Associate for Trupanion Pet Health Insurance.

Territory Partner Associate Position: Visit each veterinary hospital every 5 weeks within an exclusive territory. Provide hospital with supplies. Be friendly and build relationships with veterinary staff. Goal: To have each of your hospitals proactively notifying pet owners that pet health insurance exists.

Position:
Central Oregon (Part Time) OPEN - Must live in the Eugene or Corvallis area

Travel: Each TPA will be local to their territory. The travel is local and there are no overnights for routing.

Training: Initial training will be in Seattle WA (Paid @ minimum wage for 48 hrs). You will stay in corporate apartments. I will also reimburse for the drive to Seattle. Subsequent training will be done by local team. Plenty of ride-alongs whether in your territory or an adjoining one.

Weekly Calls: Each week we will stay in contact via group conference calls.
Annual Conference: Each year we attend a conference for roughly one week. All travel and hotel are covered. This is an opportunity for Trupanion to share company initiatives and have an annual banquet.

There is a ton of value in both the training in Seattle and the conference because you can fully understand the Trupanion culture. The overwhelming desire to help pets and the people who take care of them.

COMPENSATION: Because many of these positions are PT, they are not going to make you wealthy, but they will reward you for the time you put in both emotionally and fiscally if you put in the effort. Base Pay Salary (Equivalent to # of hours it takes to route plus existing pets enrolling) starts at roughly $15 hour. Small car allowance to offset fuel costs. Each territory differs in total accounts and distance driving. You are paid on every pet that enrolls regardless of source within your zip-codes. This is not a direct selling position. You are not to sell directly to pet owners. You should expect to grow your compensation that is equivalent to $30-$40 an hour as you increase the number of pets that enroll in the territory. Eugene, OR - Assume 4 - 8 hours of work each week to meet minimum requirements. This varies depending on route.
