About the Role                  
We seek a highly skilled and dynamic GenAI Solution Architect and Pre-Sales Leader to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems, with a higher emphasis on AWS. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, enabling them to conduct workshops, engage in deep technical conversations, and build credibility for our organization. They will be responsible for architecting solutions based on client-specific use cases, developing winning proposals, and supporting our development teams in achieving desired outcomes. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our GenAI practice.         
Job Responsibilities                  
      Solution Architecture & Design:                  
  • Design and architect GenAI solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms to meet specific client use cases. AWS is the highest priority.          
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI technologies to recommend innovative solutions.         
Business Development:                  
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our GenAI offerings.          
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance business growth.
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement:                  
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate the value of GenAI solutions to potential clients.          
  • Engage in deep technical discussions with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.          
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals that address client needs and highlight the benefits of our GenAI solutions.          
  • Deliver GenAI proof of concept engagements to demonstrate value for clients across industries and enterprise value streams.   
Team Collaboration & Support:                  
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations.          
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during the implementation phase to achieve desired outcomes.
Knowledge Sharing & Team Development:                  
  • Conduct internal training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of GenAI technologies and solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Mandatory Skills                  
  •       Experience in  AWS and Azure, specifically related to GenAI services and solutions.   
Required Education                  
  •       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.    
Required Experience                   
  • 15 plus years of Development / Designing/ Solution experience.          
  • Proven experience as a solution architect or similar role, with a strong focus on GenAI technologies.          
  • Deep technical expertise in AWS and Azure, specifically related to GenAI services and solutions.         
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.          
  • Ability to conduct workshops and engage in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.          
  • Experience in developing proposals and solution architecture documents.   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.          
Travel Requirement(%)       
  •       Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and participate in relevant events.

Compensation & Benefits
Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between USD 160,000- 180,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
