About the Role:    
  
Trianz is in search of an accomplished Cloud Sales Leader. They're set to be a game-changer in steering our success across the vibrant landscapes of Seattle and Washington, D.C.     
     
He/she will play a key role of leading a high-performing team to meet quotas, contribute to the sales strategy, and implement plans for corporate objectives.    
     
Will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships in the early stages of the sales cycle, scale the team, and coach managers for optimal business operations.    
        
What You'll Be Doing:    
     
  • Ability to devise new GTM strategies for generating NN revenue through channel sales route.
  • Map stakeholders at senior levels to enable channel sales.
  • Drives the adoption of Cloud Services, leveraging strategies, resources, and best practices to cultivate and propel engagements, maximizing customer value
  • Consistently over-achievement of quota expectations.
  • Brings impactful market insights into customer engagements to to secure the deals.
  • Bring high energy to the team, motivating them to stay focused on their targets.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in processes, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Create a scalable yet personalized outbound outreach strategy for effective engagement.
     
What You'll Need    
     
  • >12 years of experience with a focus on cloud sales within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record in sales, highlighting the capability to foster partnerships and propel revenue growth.
  • Develop business opportunities with Global system integrators.
  • In-depth knowledge selling into cloud offerings and cloud computing technologies.
  • Maintain focus and commitment to assigned targets.
  • Experienced in effectively coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of Sales/Business Development professionals to achieve performance goals.
  • Possesses a dynamic "go-getter" attitude.
