Sr. Engineering Project Manager
Description
This role will work in our Engineering Group to coordinate the work to address the customer quality
issues as well as other customer technical requirements. This position will work closely with multiple
internal teams ( QA/Eng/Sales/FAE) to monitor the progress, track the action items and report the status.It will also get involved with vendors to support the development projects.

Job description
Acting as a main coordinator for the customer quality issues, working with the QA team,
engineering team, sales team and FAE team to resolve the problems.
Acting as a main coordinator for the customer technical requirements, including but not limited to
general technical inquiries, documentation. Work with multiple teams to meet the customers’
requests.
Management and tracking of customer related quality and technical action plans.
Management of customer claims.
Leading problem-solving meetings.
Work with vendors to support the development projects and track the relevant activities.
Regular communications of status, key results, risks, and problems to all stakeholders to ensure
alignment of priorities.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with a technical focus or related experience.
Five+ years in areas of electronics and customer support, Preferred customer quality experience
in the electronics industry.
Problem solving attitude and ability to take initiative and work effectively in teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in project management and progress tracking
Self-motivated, efficient, able to work with little or no supervision, and committed to a team
approach.
