Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of heavy-duty tire repair experience
- Through knowledge of tire maintenance and repairs required
- experience in the use of tire machines regroove, balance, and all related tire equipment
- A valid class B Arizona driver's license with passenger endorsement and excellent motor vehicle record.
- Must maintain and have a current DOT certification
- Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervisor required.

- Requires transferring of up to 36 pounds for a distance of 20 feet and push-pull of up to 22 pounds.
- Requires climbing stairs and walking up 2640 feet per hour.
- Must tolerate heights up to 41 inches.
- Requires a tolerance for sitting and standing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at
the time, which can be extremely hot in the summer months and cold during the winter months. The noise level in the work environment can be moderate to loud. Vibrations and fumes or airborne particles may also be present.
