Transdev is hiring a Maintenance Tech - B at our Hartford, CT facility.

Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair commercial vehicles and equipment.
- Effectively work and communicate with employees and customers.
- Complete daily safety inspections and reworks while maintaining production standards.
- Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including the repair of brakes, engine tune-ups, suspensions, drive trains, transmission clutches and other repairs.
- Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately.
- Maintain records of all maintenance work completed including parts and supplies used.
- Complete preventative maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections.
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- 21 years or older
- 0 - 1 years of Gasoline engine repair employment experience or combination of education & experience.
- ASE certifications preferred. Must participate in company ASE certification program (company training, and testing)
- Mechanic’s tool set
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug test.
