Transdev is actively seeking A-Level Technicians for their fixed route services in Englewood, CO. We're looking for qualified and experienced fleet technicians to diagnose, repair, and perform daily safety inspections on vehicles and equipment. Work in a Union environment within a 10-bay shop equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and enjoy the benefits of OEM training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs transit vehicle maintenance that is compliant with Transdev standards and RTD.
- Inspects, diagnoses, services and/or repairs all assigned transit vehicles and related mechanical equipment.
- Ensures accurate upgrades and/or modifications on coach systems, road calls, and on-the-road repairs as needed.
- Coaches and monitors team members on the work team
- Other duties as required.
Schedule:
- Shift Hours: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
- Work Schedule: 4 days a week (10-hour shifts)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with heavy duty diesel
- Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Preferred knowledge of WABCO, Pro-Heat Systems, Thermo-King systems, I/O Control Modules and Functions
- Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Must have knowledge of Cummins In-Site program and functions.
- Must have in-depth computer knowledge to be able to scan and diagnose trouble codes.
- Must be able to obtain an ASE Master certification within 24 months of employment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to read, interpret safety documents, blueprints, schematics, and other mechanical diagrams.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
