We are Now Hiring a Reservationist in Redwood City, CA!
Transdev is proud to offer:
- $20.50 to $26.50/per hour (DOE)*Subject to Union Contract

Responsibilities:
- Answered customer phone calls and scheduled rides using the scheduling system.
- Enter new customer information and changes into the system
- Communicate late vehicle service and verify “No Shows” with customers
- Resolve service-related complaints
- Create daily route maps of reservations for the drivers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of reservationist or customer service experience
- Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software
- Ability to operate standard telephone system
- Excellent communication and listening skills
